Course accounts are created for purchasers after Whop confirms a purchase, or for administrative/support purposes. Sections about payments and order data apply only if you complete a purchase.

3. Information We Collect for Course Accounts Course accounts are created for paid course purchasers after Whop confirms the purchase, or for administrative/support access. When a course account exists, we collect: - Account information: email address used for purchase or administrative access (name is optional and only stored if provided) - Login tokens: temporary verification tokens used for magic link email authentication
4. Information We Collect from Course Purchasers (Applies Only to Purchasers) - Payment and order information: processed by Whop as Merchant of Record. We do not store card details; we receive order status, purchase date, buyer or membership record identifiers, and transaction metadata from Whop - Course usage data: lesson progress, completion status, and page interactions
5. Analytics & Error Data (All Visitors) - Usage analytics: page views and interaction patterns (collected via first-party proxy, no third-party tracking cookies) - Error data: technical error reports to help us fix issues

Used for course purchasers and administrative account holders: - Resend: sending login and transactional emails - Neon: database hosting (stores account and authentication data)
Used only for paid course purchasers: - Whop: payment processing as Merchant of Record (handles checkout, billing, tax, refunds, buyer or membership records, and related transactional emails) - Vimeo: video hosting and delivery - Neon: additional storage of order records and course progress
8. Data Retention We retain newsletter subscriber data until you unsubscribe. For course purchasers and administrative account holders, we retain account and authentication data for as long as the account is active. For course purchasers, course progress data is retained alongside your account. Transaction and order records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax, legal compliance, and fraud prevention purposes, even after account deletion. You may request account deletion by contacting us; please note that certain records required by law will be retained as described above.
